智齡每年暑期舉辦實習計畫，邀請大專院校學生參與真實專案。我們歡迎國際學生的加入，無論你來自哪個國家，都能在這裡找到屬於自己的學習與成長機會。
The Jubo Summer Internship Program is held annually, inviting university students to take part in real projects. We encourage international applicants – no matter where you’re from, you’ll find opportunities here to learn, grow, and make an impact.

智齡過去五年累計從 1,065 名申請者中選出 34 名實習生(錄取率 3%)，並有 6 名實習生在結束後獲得正式職位。
Over the past five years, Jubo has selected 34 interns from a pool of 1,065 applicants—an acceptance rate of just 3%. So far, 6 of them have gone on to receive full-time offers after completing the program.

Work directly on real projects — from product features to campaign planning.
中期/結業簡報
練習簡報技巧，並向主管與同事展示成果與思考脈絡。
Build confidence through mid- and final presentations to internal teams.
團隊合作與交流
實習期間將參與不同形式的團隊會議與討論，觀察各角色如何協作、決策與解決問題，深入了解產品背後的團隊運作。
Sit in on real team meetings and observe how product, design, and engineering collaborate to solve problems and make decisions together
解決真實問題
在實習中直面真實挑戰，從釐清需求、設定目標，到提出解法、實際參與專案決策。
Work on real challenges — define needs, set goals, propose solutions, and be part of real decision-making processes.

我覺得印象最深刻的是 Jubo 整個公司的創新文化、願意挑戰新的事物，還有對犯錯的包容力 ，我覺得對實習生來說是很好的機會。
我在加入實習前以及實習結束後都覺得 Jubo 是一家非常有願景跟使命感的公司，尤其是長照這個領域，是需要非常多醫療專業知識跟技術投入的。Jubo的產品迭代速度也非常快，是一家扁平、能快速將想法轉換為產品的公司。
Jubo 給實習生很大的自由度去開發專案，從頭到尾其實都是讓實習生去獨立發想，包含使用資料、驗證方法等等。另外，Jubo 的公司文化也十分熱情，即便當時我們是遠距實習，大家都會踴躍參與跨部門交流、週五放鬆小活動等等。
